摘要: Multilocus sequence analysis based on hypervariable housekeeping proteins was utilized to differentiate closely related species in the family Enterobacteriaceae. Of 150 proteins, top 10 were selected and concatenated obtain distance data. Distances between within 0.9-41.2%, whereas 16S rRNA atpD-gyrB-infB-rpoB (4MLSA) distances 0.8-6.0% 0.9-22.1%, respectively. These data indicate that phylogenetic by concatenation of is a powerful tool for discriminating To confirm discriminatory power chosen (C10HKP), trees C10HKP, 4MLSA, gene constructed. Comparison average bootstrap values among 4MLSA genes indicated C10HKP tree most reliable. Location via consistent with existing assignments almost all However, suggested several (including Enterobacter massiliensis, Escherichia vulneris, hermannii, Salmonella subterranea) should be reassigned different clusters than those defined previous analyses. Furthermore, E. hermannii S. subterranea appeared fall onto branch independent from occupied other Therefore, we propose Atlantibacter gen. nov., such would transferred genus as comb. nov. subterranea.
