摘要: Biological control is a promising non-chemical approach for the of gastrointestinal nematodes sheep. Use combinations biocontrol agents have been reported to be an effective method increase efficacy biological effects. In this study, either two Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) or Clonostachys rosea (C. rosea) isolates and Bt+C. were evaluated in vitro microtitre plates their activity on sheep nematodes. The Baermann technique was used extract surviving L3 larval stages intestinal counted under dissecting microscope determine counts. Results indicate that there significant reduction nematode counts due combination (P<0.001). Combinations Bt reduced by 72.8%, 64% 29.8%. results revealed level 57% when C. P3+P8 combined. Combination B10+P8 caused greatest mortality 76.7%. Most antagonistic, with only few showing additive effect. None synergistic. isolate more than alone.
