摘要: The thermoelastic transients observed in aluminum during the first few picoseconds after absorption of a subpicosecond duration laser pulse are described through numerical simulations using nonlinear, two-temperature parabolic model thermal stresses. Comparisons between these and experimental measurements obtained from single-crystal sample polycrystalline films on silicon illustrate that elastic must both be considered at all times order for physical properties interpreted to consistent with those other made various time scales.
