摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the contribution three plasma antioxidants (albumin, uric acid, SH groups) total peroxyl radical-trapping antioxidant capacity (TRAP) in 2 and 4 h intestinal reperfusion rats. TRAP increased significantly both after reperfusion. Neither albumin nor groups contributed increase. strongly influenced by increase acid concentration also probably cell destruction caused oxidative stress. Since accompanied an level thiobarbituric reactive substances (TBARS, a marker lipid peroxidation), we can conclude that even such large is not sufficient prevent progression peroxidation
