摘要: Abstract Main features of the decay 23.7 h 248Bk have been determined by spectroscopy with scintillation and semiconductor detectors. The results are as follows: half-life ± 0.2 h; branching is (30 5)% to 248Cm (≈ 23% EC 0+ ground state ≈ 7% first 2+ state) (70 5)%β− 248Cf(5 % 592 keV Kπ = 2− (65 ground-state band). β− energy, Qβ−, has measured be 860 20 keV, electron capture QEC, derived from closed cycle 705 25 keV. deduced logft values transitions restrict spin 1, configuration assignment { n [734] 9 2 − ; p [633] 7 + . It also that long lived isomer lies 65 40 abovethe 23.7h state.
