摘要: The incidence of cervical cancer, including squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), has been decreasing in several developed countries since the onset organized screening programs; some countries, however, adenocarcinoma increased among young women. We investigated Danish trends during 1997–2011 when coverage was high. Incidences intraepithelial neoplasia grade 3 (CIN3) and situ (AIS) were also assessed, with latest part study period coinciding introduction free-of-charge human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination. Using nationwide registries, we estimated age-specific age-standardized rates annual percentage change (EAPC). SCC decreased significantly, especially women aged ≥45 years [EAPC: −3.1 % (95 % CI −4.3 to −2.5)], whereas from 2.4 3.1/100,000 primarily due increases ≤44 years 4.3 % 1.8–6.7)]. incidences CIN3 AIS significantly 94.7 156.5/100,000 3.3 11.3/100,000, respectively, but, importantly, they 2009–2012 ≤20 years. program successfully reduced older women; not or adenocarcinoma, which is increasing. Decreases age groups high HPV vaccine may herald a future decrease cancer
