摘要: Abstract A new high-temperature hydrogen-bond acid stationary phase, PSF6, consisting of a poly(methylsiloxane) backbone with 2-(4-butanephenyl)-1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoropropan-2-ol substituent groups is described for gas–liquid chromatography. PSF6 has low cohesive energy [similar to poly(methylphenylsiloxane)s], moderately dipolar, no basicity, and strong acid. The acidity the phase shown be strongly temperature dependent but remains significant up temperatures about 200°C. comparison solvent properties 12 common poly(siloxane) phases indicates its singularity usefulness selectivity optimization in method development.
