摘要: Abstract A 17-year experience with 136 patients bronchogenic carcinoma and mediastinal metastases is reported. Six died postoperatively. Postoperative irradiation was given to 110 surviving curative resection who had evidence of tumor spreading the lymph nodes. The remaining 20 did not receive radiation therapy. Of patients, 29 (21.3%) lived 5 years free from disease 9 survived 10 or more years. operation underwent irradiation, (26.4%) None receiving therapy 18 50 squamous cell years, while only 7 55 adenocarcinoma We do believe that discovery node involvement in a contraindication pulmonary resection. As our previous reports, histological type has proved be an important indicator absolute survival. Patients 5-year survival 33.9%, 12.3%. level metastasis influence on prognosis as well. subcarinal lower than superior involvement.
