摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short non-protein-coding RNA molecules that regulate the expression of a wide variety genes. They act by sequence-specific base pairing in 3' untranslated region (3'UTR) target mRNA leading to degradation or translation inhibition. Recent studies have implicated miRNAs range biological processes and diseases including development, metabolism cancer, revealed levels individual may serve as reliable molecular biomarkers for cancer diagnosis prognosis. Therefore, major challenge is develop innovative tools able couple high sensitivity specificity rapid detection given cell tissue. In this review, we focus on latest approaches proposed miRNA profiling discuss their advantages and disadvantages.
