摘要: The stimulatory effect of PGE1 on different functions isolated guinea-pig hearts (Langendorff method, Tyrode solution) was coupled with an increase in the rate of45Ca uptake from perfusion medium. total myocardial Ca content and amount exchangeable cellular were not affected. This action metabolism seems to be related positive inotropic can most probably explained by membrane permeability ions (similar epinephrine).
