摘要: We report the results of a longitudinal study progressive anomia in patient with dementia Alzheimer type (DAT). The cannot be attributed to deficit within semantic system, but appears instead arise from impaired access phonological lexicon at post-semantic stage naming process: that hitherto has not been reported DAT. Specific responses were affected consistently by disorder, showing disorders are invariably associated inconsistent responding. Before specific disappeared spontaneous use, there appeared an intervening which some could elicited initial phoneme cue, suggesting low level activity insufficient strength elicit response unaided. frequency name performance, did appear interact severity parameters normal system unaffected. It is claimed important new insights into characteristics have obtained taking approach.
