摘要: Background In cancer, a response to therapy implies reduction in the volume or activity of localized and/or metastatic tumors. In upper gastrointestinal there is no accepted definition clinical response; however, tumor shrinkage frequently observed when preoperative administered. As patients with cancers often undergo multimodal therapy, it therefore imperative that new definitions for assessing be established.
