摘要: Les localisations digestives, issues du MALT (Mucosa Associated Lymphoid Tissue), representent la principale localisation extra-ganglionnaire des lymphomes et rassemblent maladies diverses, dont l’incidence est faible, mais peu etudiee, qui ont fait l’objet d’une decouverte etiologique parmi les plus importantes vingt dernieres annees: celle de l’implication d’Helicobacter pylori (HP) comme agent etiologique. Leur prise en charge partie specifique relative rarete ces que strategies therapeutiques proposees s’inspirent largement l’experience acquise a partir ganglionnaires.
