摘要: CASE REPORT We report three cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma the mandible and a review literature. All 3 our patients had stage I AE disease complete remission for more than 2 years after 42-46 Gy irradiation to primary tumor with regional lymph nodes courses chemotherapy consisting cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, vincristine, predonisolone (CHOP). Literature analysis, although biased toward published data, indicated that 3-year disease-specific survival rates non-Hodgkin's (NHL) were 90.5% 47.6% stages II, respectively. The treatment results NHL may be similar general bone other extranodal NHL's. CONCLUSION Radiotherapy alone is not sufficient control I+II, disease, combination needed.
