摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing acidic powder an emulsified beverage swiftly dispersed and dissolved without generating ununiform flocculated matter only by stirring in degree of being added to such as cold milk mixed with hand requiring special mixing equipment also having mild acidity that like fermented milk, obtained the production method.SOLUTION: Provided is liquid comprising: step where raw materials including fine acidulant are prepare powder; binder water or/and ethanol prepared; sprayed liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
