摘要: Objectives/Hypothesis: To evaluate the existing level of evidence for tinnitus management strategies identified in UK Department Health's Good Practice Guideline. Study Design: Systematic review peer-reviewed literature and meta-analyses. Methods: Searches were conducted PubMed, Cambridge Scientific Abstracts, Web Science, EMBASE (earliest to August 2010), supplemented by hand searches October 2010. Only randomized controlled trials that used validated questionnaire measures symptoms (i.e., distress, anxiety, depression) included. Results: Twenty-eight met our inclusion criteria, most which provide moderate levels effects they reported. Levels generally limited lack blinding, power calculations, incomplete data reporting these studies. studies examining cognitive behavioral therapy numerous similar enough perform meta-analysis, from efficacy (moderate effect size) appears be reasonably established. Antidepressants only drug class show any potential benefit. Conclusions: The interventions benefit remains demonstrated conclusively. In particular, high-level assessment derived those commonly practice, namely hearing aids, maskers, retraining needs performed.
