摘要: [Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pharmaceutical preparation for preventing and/or treating various diseases, which comprises compound capable increasing translation initiation factor or transcription elongation pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. [Solution] inventors made extensive studies solving problem, and it found first time that increase in (e.g., eIF4A1) eEF1A1) involved NGF-induced neurite potentiating activity minocycline cilostazol, has been accomplished.
