摘要: ABSTRACTThe principle that research should demonstrate impact is now a central driver in UK policy, with some describing the as having undergone ‘culture change’ regards to evidencing value and contribution of academic (Watermeyer, R. 2012. “From Engagement Impact? Articulating Public Value Academic Research.” Tertiary Education Management 18 (2): 115–30). This article takes case study approach, examining one university faculty depth relation impact. Comprising an analysis Research Excellence Framework studies submitted by 2014, alongside survey 68 staff PhD students, interviews four centre or group leaders, explores perceived benefits challenges amongst range disciplines, well ‘transferable’ skills which researchers utilise evidence gathering.
