摘要: The aim of this study was the preparation novel water repellent UV curable materials using acrylic modified melamine (AM) and poly-dimethylsiloxane (PDMS). melamines containing silicone segments (SiAMs) were synthesized by condensation methylolmelamine, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, carbinol-modified PDMS. SiAM films with a 0.3 wt% PDMS segment that cured irradiation had higher transparency than blended sample. Examination scanning electron microscope revealed blend sample has cohesion segments, while such phenomenon not observed in composite samples (SiAMs). From these results, it confirmed aggregation prevented introducing into melamine. By AM, good water-shedding properties confirmed, several most attractive features as hardness, adhesion, refractive index, maintained.
