摘要: Antioxidant enzyme activities of fish (Oreochromis niloticus) were determined in order to assess the status pollution Wadi Namar (WN), near Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Activities four antioxidant enzymes as superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione S-transferase (GST), and concentrations (GSH) oxidant malondialdehyde (MDA) selected bioindicators. Fish (n = 14) sampled month April 2013 from WN a control site (CS). SOD activity was increased by 37.9%, 47%, 29% kidney, liver, heart, respectively, while significant decrease (36.4%) observed gills O. niloticus compared CS. CAT reduced 51%, 55%, 35% WN.
