摘要: Abstract The porous Al–Cu alloy was prepared by the gelcasting process. And effects of conditions, such as monomer, volume ratio cross-linker and dispersant redox initiating system on height, gelling time quality green body were investigated. (It found that monomer played significant roles in height bodies, respectively.) optimal conditions 10% 2% cross-linker, 0.2% initiator (volume fraction), 1.2 g dispersant, which exhibited best quality. mechanisms process eliminating cracks forming pores five stages proposed. Mercury porosimetry provided a description pore diameter ranging from 10 to 10000 nm open porosity 38.78 %.
