摘要: The Chinese traditional chrysanthemum is a notable group of chrysanthemums (Chrysanthemum×morifolium Ramat.) in which the phenotypic characteristics richly vary. At present, there serious controversy regarding homonyms and synonyms within this group. Moreover, current international classification systems are not comprehensive enough to be used on chrysanthemums. Thus, we first identified broad collection 480 cultivars using unique DNA fingerprints molecular identities that were established by 20 simple sequence repeat markers. Five loci, distinguished all selected cultivars, as core loci establish with 19 denary digits for each cultivar. A cluster analysis based Nei's genetic distance indicated clustered according their horticultural classification. Population structure was subsequently performed K values ranging from 2 14, most likely estimate population ten subpopulations, nearly consistent clustering result. Principal component further verify results. On basis Q-matrices = 10, total traits found associated 42 Taken together, these results can serve starting points identification polymorphism microsatellite markers, beneficial promote marker-assisted breeding communication marvelous crop.
