摘要: Electrocardiography (ECG) is a fundamental method not only commonly used in the hospital for clinical requirement but also widely adopted home and personal healthcare systems to obtain electrical activity of heart. An arrhythmia monitoring system proposed trial. The has three parts. first high-resolution, low-power analog front-end circuit implementing bio-signal sensing circuits. This part developed with chopper-based pre-amplifier high-pass sigma–delta modulator. features circuits are low complexity, high resolution, power consumption. second digital signal processor decimation filter universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter package generator. last realize software interface on smartphone ECG recording, display, classification. A wavelet-based classification classify rhythm. chip fabricated through 0.18 $\boldsymbol {\mu }\text{m}$ standard complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor process, operation voltage 1.2 V. algorithm verified data from MIT/BIH database. accuracy beat detection 99.4% 95.83%, respectively. Eight patients enrolled human study verify performance system. Results show that can acquire signals.
