摘要: Abstract 1. L-Arginine (4.7–9.5 mM) induced an increase in the amplitude of muscular contraction (AMC) evoked by nerve stimulation rat diaphragm preparations, but produced a reduction AMC direct muscles previously treated with d-tubocurarine. The facilitatory dose L-arginine was ineffective changing twitch tension retrograde injection acetylcholine. 2. N ω -nitro-L-arginine (18 antagonized preparations indirectly stimulated, and similar effect obtained against depression directly stimulated muscle preparations.
