摘要: A grid array antenna is presented in this paper with sub arrays and multiple feed points, showing enhanced radiation characteristics sufficient design flexibility. For instance, the can be easily designed as a linearly- or circularly-polarized, unbalanced balanced antenna. example given for linearly-polarized Ferro A6M low temperature co-fired ceramic technology 60-GHz radios to operate from 57 66 GHz (≈ 14.6% at 61.5 ). It consists of 4 points that are connected single-ended 50-Ω source by quarter-wave matched T-junction network. The simulated results indicate has maximum gain 17.7 dBi 59 , an impedance bandwidth (|S11| ≤ -10ndB) nearly 56 67.5 (or 18.7%), 3-dB 55.4 17.2%), vertical beam broadside direction (14.6%). measured compared ones. Discrepancies their causes identified tolerance analysis on fabrication process.
