摘要: Abstract The influence of mitochondrial swelling on the binding creatine kinase to inner membrane pig heart mitochondria has been studied. Creatine is not solubilized in isotonic mediums such as 250 m sucrose or 125 KCl which do induce swelling; however, it when swell 100 potassium phosphate. This latter effect suppressed prevented by respiratory inhibitors mersalyl. In hypotonic strongly released only permeant anions are present; despite a high degree dissociation minimal 25 KCl. Solubilization may also be obtained induced P j , accumulation inside when, after an osmotic shock distilled water, they resuspended phosphate chloride but sucrose. treated with parahydroxymercuribenzoic acid induces former medium (by allowing Cl − entry). A similar was other organic mercurials (parachloromercuriphenyl sulfonic acid, mersalyl) disulfides (5,5′-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid), 6,6′-dithiodinicotinic 2,2′-dithiodipyridine). Mercurials able solubilize from suspended water so apparent that have direct association enzyme membrane. These results show prerequisite sufficient condition for dissociation: presence ions seems necessary efficient Solubilization.
