摘要: Mobile computing is one of a growing number information technologies applied in the context homecare services. While home telemonitoring enables clinical interventions at distance, mobile allows clinicians to integrate care process on site patient’s home. As digital fairly recent phenomenon and our understanding challenges barriers associated with its implementation still infancy, we used system risk analysis framework investigate how project management implementations was it shaped project’s outcome. We followed ongoing development real time nine program sites Province Quebec, Canada. analyzed each site’s strategy, i.e., pre-existing emergent risks, mitigation strategies aimed eliminating hindering factors favoring successful outcomes site. In studying relations between various elements (implementation occurrence, level success), were able draw series lessons help decrease failures further success programs.
