摘要: Redox potential of peroxidases greatly influences the range oxidizable substrates: in principle, may only catalyze oxidation substrates with lower redox potential. There is substantial information on factors that modulate heme proteins. Both theoretical and experimental evidence highlight most significant contributions arising from interaction iron axial ligands, as well electrostatic interactions surrounding group. However, for different proteins, contribute to extents. Understanding electrochemistry fundamental order design enhanced biocatalysts. In this chapter, current knowledge forces influencing reviewed.
