摘要: Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis was used to comprehensively scan the whole genome off) cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) lesions, 7 squamous cell carcinomas, 1 adenosquamous carcinoma, and 2 adenocarcinomas for multiple genetic alterations, such as DNA amplification, chromosome deletion, loss of heterozygosity, translocation, compared with paired normal tissues. spot analysis genomic 2-dimensional gels performed by a computer color overlay system recognition software allowing objective comparison quantitation. Nine spots were found be amplified in carcinomas while two detected CIN Ill lesions. Fourteen either reduced their intensity or absent Reduction 6 observed 5 1" These alterations may represent changes cancer genes that are associated human cervicai carcinogenesis.
