摘要: Abstract Polyaryletherketone (PAEK)/CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) nanocomposite films with various (0, 1, 5, 10 and 20) weight % CCTO were fabricated via melt-compounding followed by film extrusion process. nanoceramics (nCCTO) a crystallite size of about 30–100 nm prepared from oxalate precursor route. Thickness the was in range 50–80 μm, these characterized for their structural, thermal, dielectric behavior. X-ray diffraction analyses showed presence peaks corresponding to both PAEK varying intensities. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) studies revealed that chemical structure unaltered incorporation nCCTO. Melting temperature pure 372 °C, which did not change significantly addition Thermo-gravimetric analysis carried out study thermal stability nanocomposites. Frequency independent behavior observed case all films. Room permittivity (3.3 at 10 kHz) enhanced nCCTO, 20 wt% loading value 4.5 achieved. Low values loss (0.005–0.009) obtained at 10 kHz. These nanocomposites can be explored as possible materials capacitor applications.
