摘要: Development of materials with high dielectric permittivity is very much important for the miniaturization electronic devices. From that perspective, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composites up to 15 weight% Sr2TiMnO6 (STMO) ceramics were prepared using hot isostatic pressing method and characterized their thermal behavior. X-ray diffraction patterns showed appearance peaks corresponding both PTFE STMO in composites, however, intensities dependent on loading STMO. Thermal stability was superior pure PTFE.
