Dielectric and Thermal Behavior of PTFE/Sr 2 TiMnO 6 (STMO) Composites

摘要: Development of materials with high dielectric permittivity is very much important for the miniaturization electronic devices. From that perspective, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composites up to 15 weight% Sr2TiMnO6 (STMO) ceramics were prepared using hot isostatic pressing method and characterized their thermal behavior. X-ray diffraction patterns showed appearance peaks corresponding both PTFE STMO in composites, however, intensities dependent on loading STMO. Thermal stability was superior pure PTFE. Enhancement properties obtained from addition These can be explored further possible use capacitor applications.
