摘要: To better understand how business school students view the relationship between law and business, we used Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique (ZMET) to elicit unconscious thoughts feelings of twelve about role in starting running a United States. Our study revealed three deep metaphors: system, moral balance, force. In this subset American culture saw far richer, more complex less negative mental model than previous survey or anecdotal data would suggest. We were frankly surprised see links our subjects drew law, ethics. Ignoring plays making markets possible threatens undermine students' appreciation manner which undergirds capitalist system. The results research suggest that teaching materials highlight linkages societal welfare may have greater likelihood altering perceptions thus their behavior either course ethics taken alone. systems approach management offers way link create an integrated model.
