摘要: The understanding of competency development has changed to learning toward a higher degree self-organization the process. This shift leads increased requirements on communication processes employees and superiors. It is postulated that coordination between external organization deficient, so activities often do not lead desired outcomes. An empirical study was undertaken in which total 106 companies were involved. investigated various expectations surrounding large as opposed SME, together with conditions under occur these companies. comes conclusion enterprises emphasize central role HR for innovation capacity an more than SME. There are also different ways combination self- depending enterprise size. In contrast given assumption, it could be identified managers developers can improve success development.
