摘要: The role of the kynurenine metabolic pathway in neurodegenerative diseases was suggested on basis measurements tryptophan derivatives post mortem microdissected brain structures or cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) from patients suffering various neurological dysfunctions (Beal et al., 1990, Heyes 1992, Ikarashi Ogawa al.,1992, Tohgi 1993). Decreased levels both and metabolites were observed Parkinson’s disease results one report suggest that L-dopa therapy might further reduce these some areas (Ogawa 1992). To investigate possible effects administration pathways we determined pig lumbar cerebro-spinal before following subchronic treatment with associated benzeraside.
