摘要: The peripheral metabolism of Dopa has been studied in correlation with the clinical occurrence Levodopa-induced dyskinesias Parkinson patients. Within group patients treated a decarboxylase inhibitor (PDI), combination all plasma levels O-Methyldopa from shows significantly higher values than those without dyskinesias. For itself, no significant difference can be detected. Such high seem to due progressive accumulation this compound and not degree formation. In contrast, different or are found within L-Dopa alone. These results discussed relation some suspected mechanisms involved
