摘要: The purpose of this paper was to explore how school leaders can create and maintain student diversity in charter schools. Based on a case study two racially balanced schools New York City, identifies three strategies that the schools’ took more diversity: (1) develop curriculum-centred missions, (2) implement targeted recruitment (3) inclusively interpret state enrolment guidelines. This also documents challenges they faced maintaining over time.
