摘要: Abstract The RNAs extracted from 28 high spin pellets of clarified lysates BGM cells, previously infected by concentrated Adriatic Sea water samples, were analyzed a dot-blot test. We used 32 P-labeled cDNA probe ( BamH I 220–670 ) the 5′ non-coding end cloned poliovirus (Mahoney) genome. was selected for its broad range genetic specificities. In order understand if there other enteroviral serotypes or not, tests supplemented with Northern-blot assays. Results series fragments ranging 4.3 1.2 kb but no signal corresponding 7.5 (as did positive control RNAs). These features suggested tested might derive viruses Reoviridae family, which includes members segmented Traditional PAGE clearly 10-fragments pattern characteristic reoviruses. Twenty-three out twenty-eight viruses, this confirms noted cytopathic effect (CPE) cells.
