摘要: Abstract OBJECTIVES: Our purpose was to assess the outcome of in vitro fertlization and embryo transfer tuberculous infertility study factors associated with success or failure treatment. STUDY DESIGN: Ten patients tuberuclous underwent 22 cycles fertilization 9 cryopreserved-thawed transfers at Bourn Hall Clinic. All endometrial assessment by ultrasonography. Four had preliminary hysteroscopy, biopsy, Doppler uterine blood flow studies. RESULTS: Six clinical pregnancies resulted three live births one current pregnancy a fourth patient. There ectopic twin that aborted spontaneously 14 weeks. The who trophic endometrium achieved rate 42.9% (six 14) (per transfer) compared 0% (none if atrophic. CONCLUSION: In offers only realistic treatment for infertility. Preliminary is helpful assessing prognoses these cases.
