Two-Segment Three-Phase PMSM Drive With Carrier Phase-Shift PWM for Torque Ripple and Vibration Reduction

摘要: This paper presents a two-segment motor system powered by two inverters with phase-shift pulsewidth modulation (PWM) to fulfill the purpose of low-torque ripple and vibration noise. Different from conventional multi-inverter structure, for this type machine are electrically isolated between each other. First, concept multisegment is presented basic operation principle analyzed finite-element analysis (FEA) method. Then caused switching device in investigated control model developed. Further, carrier PWM illustrated analysis. Carrier phase shift can generate interleaved torque force on rotor groups windings cancel other certain harmonics. simulation strategy has been done MATLAB. Finally, based principles mentioned before, its drive fabricated. Both test have significantly improved. Compared normal three-phase driven paralleled inverter interleaving, proposed approach comparable reduction but without using extra coupled inductors.
