摘要: This paper presents a new modular structure of the axial flux Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM). The design consists four stator disks with each adjacent disk rotated 30 degrees apart and rotor connected to common shaft. proposed aims reduce unwanted radial force, mitigate torque ripple, improve efficiency. distributes force strokes along length motor, potentially damping pulsation. In addition, would deliver rating power at lower current level, reducing overall ohmic loss. Moreover, if fault occurs on motor or its control unit, still operate through other disks, increasing reliability system. To verify effectiveness design, magnetostatic transient performance are compared conventional single layer using 3-D Finite-Element (FE) software tool.
