摘要: Abstract Background/Aims: There are few data on the influence of serum calcium biliary total and ionized levels in humans. The aims study were to increase short-term by intravenous infusion resultant changes concentrations ([Ca TOT ]and [Ca 2+ ]) T-tube bile. Methods: Serum measured over an 8-hour period 7 postcholecystectomy patients with T tubes before, during, after a 4-hour 10% gluconate. Results: During infusion, ]increased from 2.08 ± 0.14 mmol/L (mean SD) 3.18 0.33 mmol/L, 1.13 0.13 1.68 mmol/L. After 20–40-minute time lag, there corresponding increases ]from 1.90 0.45 2.80 0.52 0.70 0.11 mmol/ L 1.19 0.16 When pooled, ]showed significant correlations both ](n = 128; r 0.56; P 0.64; Conclusions: These results support hypothesis that tree is freely permeable ions level one determinant concentration. Our may also explain observation hypercalcemia reported have greater than normal prevalence calcified gallstones.
