摘要: Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA) is ofpotential benefit in cholestatic disorders. However, theeffect of TUDCA on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injuryis unknown. We studied this subject with particular regard to its roles calciummobilization. Three doses were used withcontinuous intravenous infusion (1.0, 0.1, and 0.01mumol/kg body weight/min). At 3 hr after 1 ofischemia reperfusion 70% rat liver, high-dose TUDCAreduced reperfused injury according tobiochemical histological findings significantlyincreased bile flow reperfusion. It significantly increased tissue calcium content serumcalcium concentration Furthermore, italso enhanced biliary totaloutput during In conclusion, has a salutary effect ischemia-reperfusioninjury the liver. it still unclear howthe mobilization induced by associatedwith hepatoprotection against injury.
