摘要: Aspergillus terreus ATCC 20542 was cultivated in various culture media order to activate its genome-encoded biosynthetic pathways and explore the secondary metabolic repertoire. In addition mevinolinic acid (lovastatin) precursor monacolin L, a number of other metabolites were found analyzed cultures, namely terreic acid, citrinin, (+)-geodin, terrein, dehydrocurvularin. contrast previously described gene clusters responsible for production lovastatin, (+)-geodin dehydrocurvularin, A. associated with formation citrinin terrein still await identification. Putative potentially related biosynthesis suggested publicly available genome NIH 2624. The functions putative genes identified cluster predicted by confronting annotation results proposed pathway published biochemical studies on underlying enzymes. Since there no data regarding genetic aspects biosynthesis, candidate not suggested.
