摘要: B cells represent an important link between the adaptive and innate immune systems as they express both antigen-specific B-cell receptors (BCRs) well various Toll-like (TLRs). Several checkpoints in development ensure that self-specific are eliminated from mature repertoire to avoid harmful autoreactive responses. These controlled by BCR-mediated events but also influenced TLR-dependent signals system. Additionally, B-cell-intrinsic extrinsic TLR signaling critical for inflammatory required clearance of microbial infections. Factors secreted TLR-activated macrophages or dendritic directly influence fate protective cells. naive memory respond differentially ligands, do different subsets. We review here recent literature describing intrinsic effects stimulation on cells, with particular attention autoimmune diseases.
