摘要: It has been reported that negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) is effective in the treatment of contaminated wounds. We hypothesised systemically administered antibiotics migrate to site effectively by NPWT, which provides antibacterial effect. measured and compared concentrations vancomycin exudate blood serum. Eight patients with skin ulcers or defect wounds who were treated NPWT an intravenous drip enrolled this study.
