摘要: We have designed a test to measure the local circulatory insufficiency in base of chronic venous ulcers by measuring concentration Cefuroxime ulcer exudate following single intravenous injection antibiotic at dose 500 mg/m2. studied 28 patients with 42 and shown that achieved increased in-patient conservative treatment (P less than 0.01), decreased again on discharge from hospital if had not healed 0.01) correlated observed healing rates (r = 0.72). This may assist clinical management these cases predicting likely outcome treatment.
