Measuring Healing in Leg Ulcers: Practice Considerations

摘要: Clinical nursing practice requires reliable and valid methods of measuring healing in patients with leg ulcers. By comparing the reliability validity four ulcer healing, digital planimetry (computerized area measurement), Kundin Wound Gauge (volume Healing Scale (measuring perceptions healing), Johnson wound characteristics), standard technique stereophotogrammetry, implications for research were identified.
