Fumonisin B1 causes multiple lesions in common carp (Cyprinus carpio).

摘要: Year-1 carp were fed ratios containing 100mg/kg and 10 mg/kg of added fumonisin B 1 for 42 days. The experimental control fish examined clinically during the experiment at end all necropsied andhistological changes recorded. Blood vessels, liver, exocrine endocrine pancreas, excretory haematopoietic kidney, heart brain sensitive both to 100 10mg/kg FB in diet rodlet cell (RC) frequency was considerably increased around damaged tissues. Many blood vessels contained stacks RCs above endothelium. Other subsequent exposure that have not been previously reported include scattered lesions interrenal tissue, probably due ischemia /or endothelial permeability. Presented findings indicate need more intensive studies fumonisin-induced toxicity cultured fish.
