摘要: A survey of fungal contamination and presence aflatoxins (AFs) fumonisins (FBs) in 30 feed samples collected from 10 tilapia farms during three seasons Nayarit State, located north-western Mexico, was carried out using ELISA as screening High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) confirmatory method. Mycobiota included Aspergillus flavus Fusarium spp. AFs were detected 63.3% ELISA, but confirmation by HPLC revealed that all under the detection limit. Regarding to FBs, positive both methods, with 19 (60% total) 14 (46.6% levels ranging 0.148 2.587 mg/kg. Correlation observed between methods (r = 0.516, p 0.004) for FBs results. No sample exceeded European maximum any mycotoxins. Water activity ranged 0.345 0.655, suggesting mycotoxin occurrence is probably related raw material conta...
