摘要: To explore the function of fibulin-3 in cervical carcinoma malignant cell growth and metastasis, expression normal tissue, intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), were evaluated by immunohistochemistry. Quantitative real-time-polymerase chain reaction, western blotting, immunocytochemistry performed to assess at mRNA protein levels different invasive clone sublines. Fibulin-3 shRNA cDNA used transfect strongly weakly Using vitro vivo functional assays, we investigated effects down-regulating up-regulating on proliferation invasion Epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) its signaling pathways PI3K/AKT ERK studied carefully lentiviral transfection systems. was upregulated carcinoma, overexpression significantly related with phenotype poor prognosis carcinoma. promoted cancer capabilities eliciting EMT activating PI3K-Akt-mTOR signal transduction pathway. could facilitate process development. The results presented here will help develop novel prognostic factors possible therapeutic options for patients cancer.
